Mainland United Kingdom & Northern Ireland

All our products are hand crafted in the UK & fully tailored to your particular make, model & model year.

Materials are in stock in readiness to manufacture and build the order for your specific vehicle.

Order arrival times are declared within the specific product page in our website.

Once orders are manufactured they are shipped by Royal Mail or DHL. 

Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout based upon on your location & the products you have ordered.

Please Note:

Deliveries to BT postcodes and other UK islands can take up to 48 hours longer than expected at peak times.

Arrival times are an estimation we are not able to 100% guarantee these delivery times.

If your orders are placed within specific UK national holiday periods your delivery will take longer than expected.

USA & Worldwide (Excluding Europe)

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so please be aware that recipients may have to pay import duty/tariffs or other taxes to our delivery partners before they can release your order to you.

USA & Worldwide (Excluding Europe) estimated arrival times will take 3-7 working days longer than what is declared within the specific product page in our website.

Your order will be shipped by Fed-Ex or DHL Express.

Please ensure your correct full shipping address is entered when ordering on our website as our delivery system relies on accurate customer data in order to expedite your shipment without additional delays and costs.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox. Our couriers may deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Undelivered Returned Parcels

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered we will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping cost.
You will be notified & advised when the refund has been processed, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account & original mode of payment.

Refusal of parcels

If you refuse to accept a parcel after you have ordered it you will be liable for the return costs and any other costs that we have incurred in fulfilling your order.

RETURNS POLICY: REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Once our team is in receipt of your email they will deal with your query and respond accordingly within 72 hours.

EXCHANGES UNITED KINGDOM ONLY

If you wish to exchange products just email us at info@inkacorp.com within 14 days from the day following delivery of the goods.
We will aim to exchange your item/s as quickly as possible and normally within 10 working days from receipt of your returned item.

You will be required to pay our outbound shipping costs based upon your location before we process & ship you the exchanged product/s.

CANCELLATION UNDER DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (UK)

If you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days from the day following delivery of the goods ("The Cooling Off Period")

You can only return an item/s by post if you ordered it online or by phone.

We would expect this to mean: - Items are returned in their original packaging and in original condition - It is undamaged and unused with all, if applicable, pieces intact and enclosed.

Once in receipt of the returned item/s we will inspect them and if all is acceptable we will process a full refund for you or as an option you can have a store credit.

You will be refunded for the goods only and not our outbound shipping costs unless we sent you faulty or incorrect item/s.

When you have been refunded you will receive an email confirmation, please allow 10 working days from receipt of this email for your refund to reflect back onto your original mode of payment.

Return postage costs are borne by the customer unless the item/s were faulty or we sent you the incorrect item/s, in this scenario we would organise collection from your address.

 If your order has got lost within the courier network we will investigate the missing parcel with them.

 If the item is confirmed lost in transit or cannot be located, you are entitled to choose between a full refund (including shipping costs) or a free replacement dispatched to your address.
