As you may appreciate the current situation with staff shortages & absences as well as global material shortages and delays in deliveries of raw materials and the current strikes in the UK is impacting us all.
The above together with unprecedented demand for our products has caused a bottle neck situation in our production line here in the UK where there maybe delays on some customer orders during this time.
Please be rest assured we are working has hard as we can to get your order out for delivery as soon as possible so please bear with us.
Leaving negative reviews for situations outside of our control does not assist or help anybody so we would be grateful if you can let us know if you cannot wait any longer for your order and we will process a full refund for you immediately.
In terms of communication, we apologise but we can only currently communicate via email as our phone lines are currently not being manned due to staff shortages. Staff that would normally answer calls are busy assisting in the factory in expediting customer orders as quickly as possible.
If you cannot wait any longer for your order please email customer services at retailorders@auto-kit.co.uk and they will process a full refund for you.
We appreciate your patience and please be rest assured the quality of our products will be worth the wait.
We would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise where our customer services and delivery lead times have not met your expectations but please take note that we are working very hard to ensure the service and delivery times match the quality of our products.
